Has anyone actually unlocked Jude Navarro yet?

Edit: As this thread has been resurrected, I'd like to point out that this was posted in May 2021, around the same day as EDO was launched, and Jude has been unlocked quite a bit by now! In case anyone else is struggling and has happened upon this thread since it's resurrection, the answer is: Relog and jump into your ship if you think you've done the required number of missions. If that doesn't work, do more missions and try again. Just to reiterate, I do not need to know if you unlocked Jude. Below is the OP.

I swear I've done more than 10 restore missions, I've been doing them since last night. There's no progress indicator though so I can't be sure. So before I waste any more time on this, has anyone actually seen this guy unlock yet?

ive got em opened up. only problem to unlock them you have to turn in a item im pretty sure isnt in game yet. ive been to over 70 settlements and opened over 20 lockers now and have yet to find a single Genetic Repair Meds

Just did another two missions and still says I haven't completed 10 restore. I've done so many I can't count any more. This really needs to show a progress bar so we can see it counting down.

Considering it was 2 years before I saw my first pharmaceutical isolators, it seems par for the course. Doesn't mean I like it though

Medbay in RES buildings (any chemical/research centre) should have these. I'll 100% confirm when I find one next time (I got one already)

so i've been able to find them. in IND buildings in the PROC bays in various lockers. they seem to be rare or at least uncommon. but they are there at least.

according to my codex ive done 15 reboot/restore missions so far, the unlock value was 10, i dont know why this guy won't unlock for me, anyone?
(i restart my game several times the last weeks that i passed the 10 required missions)

The Codex might unfortunately not be entirely correct and/or some of the completed missions might have failed to register. Just keep doing them, you'll unlock the engineer soon enough.

Codex is definitely incorrect for some of the stats. Check your on foot conflict zones - they are all even - twice as large then actual figures

I’ve been playing ED since 2014.
I pre-ordered Odyssey and play that exclusively.
I love flying my ships and go through the mind-numbing engineering grind to get the best ships I can, and so I can actually participate in such things as PvP and AX combat. Which I thoroughly enjoy.

FPS combat is pants.
I’ve never even heard of Jude Navarro. Or any of the other space legs engineers for that matter. More grind? For that?

i've had him unlocked at mission sompletion 19, it might be codex related.. idk, just keep doign them is what i was told, and that worked out in the end :)

Having a similar problem with unlocking Ferrari, needs 10 ground CZ's and I've done 15 with only failing one and still haven't gotten my invitation. This game is wonderful but at the same time sucks so hard.
