Has anyone done any salary/training analytics of staff happiness yet?

If I pay too little, they're not happy.
If they are untrained they are unhappy.
If I train them to high, they are never happy with their salary, even when I pay them lots.

Has anyone done a data table yet of the sweet spots? I've been trying to tweak out the "sweet spot" for each staff type of where they are happy with both their training and a good salary.

I have a table started but the numbers aren't perfect yet, so I was wondering if anyone has already done this?

This is what I've got so far. This is also assuming they have a nearby staff building to rest and it has ample capacity.
I was able to finally stop them quitting like the plague with these numbers, but they're not perfect yet. Still some staff get angry so I'm still working on this:

Every staff I hire gets 10€ extra from the start, with every training I add 5, always seems to work on medium dificulty.

The bottom line is don't bother training any of them beyond level 3. From 4 and above no matter what you pay or how busy they are, they get bored and quit... It's a massive flaw in the staff training system that has been in the game since the launch of Spooky pack.

In terms of pay, for each training star, I add $10 and never train above 3 stars. That seems to be the sweet spot...

Might be an interesting feature to allow you to promote your employees to "upper management" if they max out at training. Like doing so takes them off the list and they won't perform any visible functions, but they'll boost in many key areas on a +5% basis and the park rating will improve slightly. But you can only have so many for size of park, and they're expensive. And, employees will leave shortly after getting maxed out unless you promote them to "upper management."
