I was customising a Dominator suit. I selected the Pioneer skin, which was the pre-order bonus I got for being an LEP holder, and it crashed, said "Unable to access livery" and kicked me back one screen.
The above image in a spoiler tag, shows I do have the Pioneer skin, but you'll notice, it's not there as an option to select and there's no corner mark to show which suit I have selected.
I am now unable to select the Pioneer skin for any suit.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes. Although it's more a case of it just disappeared on me. My main flight suit got reset to default. On the other hand, my Dominator suit still has the right parts (not that I'm gonna select them, just in case...)
Just pitching in to say the pioneer parts completely disappeared for me too.
Bought a higher-level Maverick suit than the one I had customized with the Pioneer stuff; I wanted to make the new suit look exactly like the old one did, but Pioneer parts don't show anywhere in the customization menus. The old suit does still have the Pioneer parts though.
When they updated the suit customization it disappeared for me, too. It also reset my Maverick suit and now I have to use free customization bits for it. There is also a discrepancy between what is available for customization between being at a shop or doing it in your ship or at a console.
Livery has been consistently broken since the beginning. I can't select the mercenary decals for example, they're just not there. Low on the priority scale of fixes I guess, and rightfully so. The game has bigger problems.
same, still on my maverick suit but it was remove from the dominator and not available anymore in the suit outfiting. just happens after the update focusing on the suit management ui.....
