Has anyone found NPC outposts on a moon while far out.

I've only ever come across one in my journeys, other things such as an NPC ship that was on the surface (suppose the pilot was out exploring), and I did try and board the ship but wasn't able too I guess.
I've yet to find any Tharigold or much beyond the usual stuff like a signal link, some lost loot, the usual, but the stuff we gather on moons, does frontier have any plans for us to be able to sell the goods?

No, but I watched an old episode of the Magic Roundabout the other day. That was pretty far out.
