General / Off-Topic Has anyone from uk ever used GearBest to order anything?

I bought a phone from them, and it arrived as faulty,

Gearbest have said i must post the phone back to them, and to use cheap royal mail / parcel force and NOT someone like DHL etc

I tried to post off today and the post office have refused to handle it, they say they cant post lithium batteries or items with such batteries to china

the battery in the phone is not removable.

I do not know what to do... would an attempt at a paypal dispute be worthwhile?

My I suggest you put it down to experience and accept your losses?

Personally, I avoid things from China. Some are OK, their delivery is abysmal and situations such as yours are a dead end.
