Has anyone here ever gotten a shieldless exploration iEagle out to Sag A? Im going to attempt soon.

My iEagles is fully kitted out for the trip. Just need to convince myself to do it. Already jumped to Colonia and back in a vette recently. Skipped Sag A my first time out that way though.

Landing on planets will be your biggest source of hull damage, if you avoid doing that too often you'll be fine. Remember you need to get back to dock though, ime you'll need some defences for that (speed is a good one).

Before Horizons it was common for explorers to go out shieldless, weaponless & of course with a paper thin hull
