Earlier I posted in the Exploration section regarding a strange crash site I found 24kly from the bubble (go on, tell me it happens all the time). Anyhoo, I head back to Colonia, drop off the pods, summon my newer AspX from the bubble and then head back to where I left off. However, 130ly short of the original crash site I find this :

Am I in a new Bermuda Triangle?

And it have enough of git gut prismatic shielding to park this way without getting damages.
You sure it is a crash site?

If it is a crash site, it is actualy shines with all the effort placed into crash site design...

This has to be some sort of an easter egg, really. So far, they did cheap things with gameplay only, not with visuals.

Don't know if it's the same exact one, but I was at a planet collecting materials when I stumbled upon what appears to be based on the image the same exact ship. Nothing to do but scan it, and go about my bussiness. In the past two weeks of material hunting in my srv, I've come across numerious supposed crashed ship of various types. So, it's may be new to you as it was to me the first time, but apprently it's not new in the game.

Thanks for the find, I had a few too much yesterday and completely forgot where I parked it...
Also reassuring to see that parking still works when battered...

So, it's not crashed, just badly parked, because I can lock onto it. This is where it gets funky. Captain is shown as Jack Halley, Competent (Not going by the parking, he isn't), New BD+65 1846 Defence Force. He's 24kly from home...

Oddly, FD don't appear to be able to switch the power off when it's crashed :rolleyes:

Are the occupied pods marked as illegal cargo? Because I found a bunch of them way out yonder and reported them as a bug. Others I rescued were legal.

Sounds like he had too much Lavian Brandy and took his ride out instead of getting a taxi, look where he ended up.:eek:
