They were added awhile ago. You have to go to the store page, log in, and simply claim them.
Originally they lacked the Felicia Winters decal
The response was it was a bug and it will be in in 2.3
Are you meaning we have to re-add the decal pack on the store page again?
As there are only 10 on the store page image still

Oh okay, I was under the impression it was in that pack. Didn't look too closely at the Fed ones, but I do recall seeing all the indepedant and Imperial ones. An assumption on my part. Hope they fixed it.
