they used to be available whenever I docked in a Fed system but I've been wandering about for a while now and nothing...

Pretty sure you’re aware, but are you 100% in both progress and the current rank with the Feds?
They only show up when both hit 100%
I’m about to do this with my PC alt, already done them on PS4, they have been broken before if there is potentially an issue.
