As the title states. Has anyone done this yet? And I'm talking about an Earth sized planet not a teeny tiny 1/4 of our Moon size one.
Horizons Has anyone traveled the total circumference of a planet in a SRV yet?

Good luck with it. I started it once on a small planet. Set the SRV off at a set slow speed of 8 to 10 which meant it didn't take too much damage when it hit a boulder. I then used the debug cam to look around and enjoy the ride.
I did see a smoking crash site in the distance, which was cool and scary at the same time.
Even more scary was when in the distance I saw a moving light on the surface. Turned out to be a canister rolling down the gentle slope catching the light. I also got shadows of NPC ships moving across the surface which again was cool and scary the first few times.
I would recall my ship and spend the night in that and then set off again in the morning, dismissing the ship.
It did get boring eventually and when some NPC's started picking on my SRV I gave up.
