Has bounties in anarchy changed (for the better)

I may be wrong but .. I thought to get a bounty in anarchy systems, even locally you had to kws however since 2.4 it seems now even in anarchy , if a pirate interdicts me I still get the local bounty without a kws.

If it is true and it has changed I applaud this if not and it's always been this way I blame lack of coffee. It's handy as means I can make a few quid in my exploration asp even without kws

Ruling anarchy factions do put bounties on their rivals, which has always been the case, I think.

I think this happened in 2.3, not 2.4.

It's not all pirates in anarchy that will give you a bounty, just mission specific ones AFAIK.

I think it was a good change, as it gives anarchy factions a chance they never used to have against lockdown.

AFAIK: yes, some (mission targets) have open bounties in systems ruled by anarchy factions. No, in systems with no factions. Both are called anarchy in game.
