Has Cygni X-3 been reached?

Dear Commanders:
I'm in the "west" of the galaxy, and looking at points of interest in this area, I saw Cygni X-3. In EDSM, it says it's impossible to reach due to its remote location. But in the route plotter, I've run a couple of simulations out of curiosity. I'm carrying an Anaconda (70 ly jump).
From where I am now, about 10,000 ly away, without neutron star hyperjumps, it gives 122 jumps, and I'd stillneed 997 ly to Cygni X-3, which makes it impossible to reach.
If I run the second simulation using hyperjumps, I get 80 jumps, and I'd still have 416 ly to reach that destination.
My question is this: I believe the carriers, of which I haven't yet decided to purchase one, have a jump distance of 500 ly (I don't know if these ships can increase it with Premium injections or the help of neutron stars), so from the last destination shown by the Straluia OI-B d13-0 route tracer, and with 416 ly remaining, it would be possible to reach Cygni X-3 in a single jump.
Is this true or not? If so, has it ever been done?
EDSM doesn't showany ships that have arrived, and neither does E.D. Market Connector. I haven't seen anything in exploration events. Has this destination not been reached yet?
Out of curiosity.
Regards,

FC's cannot use the same methods for increasing jump range as an FSD does, but they can jump 500 lys in a single jump. Confirmed.

Yes, it was reached in 3306 2020 and there were 195 ships passed through the system since that time according to EDSM database.

You are doing deep space exploration with a 70 Ly ship? Even an AspX can have a larger jump range than that, without almost any compromises, not to talk about the Anaconda and the Mandalay (both of which can get 85 Ly easily, almost without any compromises.)

Thanks all for your replies. My doubt was due to sentence: "Due to its remote location the system is impossible to reach." in EDSM, but after your answers, I´ve checked in
other forums that indeed that system had been visited in the past.
I´m in the black for almost the last two years, all the new spaceships that have been released are in the Bubble, so I have to make with my Anaconda until I get back to the civillization :)
In any case, when I started my trip my jump range was high with the helps of the game. And thanks to Guardian´engine improvements. With the neutron highway, is easy several jumps with 280 ly.
Some days ago, I saw a video with the new record with a Mandalay (99 ly), in these two years the things have improved a lot.

The Mandalay is indeed the new King of the Hill for FSD range and in a medium sized hull to boot.

There will, however, always be a place in our heart for the mighty and magical Jumpaconda
