Has station renaming via ARX also been suspended?

hey yo! No biggy, just curious can we still rename stations using ARX? I built a coriolis and a med planetary outpost. I went to rename the planetary outpost using the non-ARX method and it worked fine. I tried using some ARX to rename the coriolis, but to no avail. I changed it to something custom and it does say "approved" with the green check, but I hit confirm and nothing happens. The only button that is available to use is cancel. Am I missing something silly here? Thanks for any info! o7

No, not suspended

Just slow hamsters sometime. Some are so slow you need to wait till Thursday server downtime.

kk, happy to wait. Galaxy's not going anywhere. I just wish there was some notification "your custom name will be applied at the next server tick" or some such. Reading it, one definitely gets the impression that the change will be immediate and to make matters slightly more confusing, the change IS immediate when using the non-Arx(free) name change option. C'est la vie o7

On a bright note, it will always be a top priority for any gaming company with a store, to fix problems buying ARX (in Fdevs case) or spending ARX (if you can't spend what you have, you won't need to buy more).

So I imagine any issue in buying/spending will be fixed as quickly as the are able :)

Same here, confirm button does not work for either random or custom names, it does not even retract the 5k ARX from my balance.
I tried both before and after today's maintenance, not working for me, does it work for someone else?

The non-ARX(free) method worked for me when I did it a few days ago. The paid way has never worked for me at least since I first tried earlier this week. I'm not sure if the name change thing even comes up now. It doesn't appear anymore when I'm NOT in the system(it used to). I'm no where near my sys so i cant tell if it comes up when I'm in the sys itself.

Yesterday I tried both in situ, from the newly created outpost, and remotely. No luck.

When I did it on the 18 it said 22hrs. I kinda forgot about till yesterday as I'm out in the black for a minute. I noticed it hadn't been yet. Put in a ticket and they fixed it immediately.(y)
