so im in beastconda with 400 cargo space.. wanted to do cargo delivery and sourcing goods missions in empire space,i have already rank king and about to buy cutter but need make creits for modules+spare rebuy..are there any decent spots where i can run those missions with anaconda?

sorry for post under post but i ran into few problems.
after i browsed 47 boom systems i encountered into a serious problem. cannot buy certain goods and nearest source is around 200LY away and only purchasable in carriers, i have tried use EDDB but NONE of carriers let me dock to buy the goods... i tried to look around stations that sell these goods but none of nearest stations have missions suitable... all i find missions are only and only planetary scan jobs,disable megaship turrets,disable powerlant missions,assasination or massacre and no sourcing good missions..plus found those low-end couriers..

You can always try to look further out, I don't think you can find sourcing mission where you have to jump just around the corner. I did some sourcing missions in the past and I had to travel pretty far, that's the idea. After all you flying an Anaconda, so even 500 Ly is only 10 minutes (or less) away for you. Also keep it in mind that in order to have better missions you have to build your reputation with the local factions at whatever station you choose. If you just keep jumping around different stations and systems you going to have lower tier missions because for the locals you're a stranger. Also, if you looking to buy a Cutter and trying to build your ranks with the Empire those sourcing missions are useless. You need bunch of stackable data delivery missions with high reputation gain and small or medium ship instead. If you want sourcing missions for your Anny just because you like them, that's completely different story.

Those sourcing missions not as common as some other types, I guess. If I'm not mistaken from the top of my head last time I had some of these (and bunch of other missions) is when I was working on becoming a King around HIP 110887 system. Pretty rich system, "Antonov Port" station there has several influential factions, High REZ, and some other goodies nearby, also some planetary outposts. See if that place still any good.
Once you get your rep up with factions you should start to get better missions.
Problem with haulage and source missions is that the recent balance pass reduced their rewards significantly...like 50% less reward. Some source missions can still be quite lucrative, others are broken and the cost of the commodity is actually more than the reward so you can end up losing credits..be careful when picking those and properly look at what the goods cost at mkt average.
I used to run haulage and source missions a lot but I rarely do them these days, I make more just trading. I'm hoping that FD will go back and look at these missions again but I don't think that's going to happen, FD messed them up then moved on.
As far as an Empire Ceos/Sothis, not sure but I don't think there is an equivalent.

all im trying to find is two systems with boom with eventual refiney or industrial or extraction. indeed there are some systems but either they have lockdown or mission boards empty for hours or what worse no large pads. ..someone killed next system to aditi,its nolonger giving missions because of lockdown. ..
we found so far only medium pad systems with only data missions.. notthing for our large ships,we are going to start flying cutters tommorow aka upgrade from anaconda plus one recon guy with engineered asp explorer to check systems before we jump in with big ships. anyway we found another problem,when we manage to find system of our dreams we cant take any missions because "ship too large"
