So I failed to kill that anaconda and only had 30k cr left I went to a station where I am allied with and I got a mission to haul 32 silver to a station which gave something like 130k cr thats the first hauling mission I have gotten that pays over 10k cr so how do I get more of those kind of missions?

Since like you said you got some good rep with that faction you are more likely to get bigger transport request.
Just try to make more station allies and then you can get better jobs.

By the way the missions come from a RNG so you need to be lucky to get jobs like this or higher.
