Hauling modules?

We can currently have modules transferred to another station, but what about transferring them ourselves?... meaning the ability to place them in a cargo hold.

This would also give one the ability to trade in modules... under outfitting of course.


Other than that's the silliest idea you've ever heard... your thoughts?
