Have 5/5 for black market networks for The Dweller but no invite

In the engineer database in the ship computer under the Dweller it shows that I have 5/5 black market networks meaning that I have sold imperial slaves to 5 different black markets yet I have not received an invite to visit the Dweller.

I've seen on the forums that people are having issues when selling illegal good/slaves to black markets but it's not registering and will show as 0/5 or 3/5 even after selling illegal goods to dozens of different black markets but this isn't the case with me.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Yep this is well known to be twitchy for most commanders. Give it some time it will unlock eventually. If i remember it was a few hours for me when i reached the goal, it was a while ago though.
