All maps but only on certain buildings in the BioSyn tab
I don't understand you. I am not native English. I have understood the translation of what you have said but not what you meant. I mean if after buying the dlc and completing the campaign, I will be able to play, for example, a sandbox in Isla Sorna and be able to use the invisible fences and the new transport system
On sandbox mode for current generation consoles and PC, you can use all buildings on all maps, including biosyn buildings. This includes both the invisible fences, and the new transport system. Be aware that the new transport system will not be able to link up to the JP, JW, and DFW buildings though.

The new Research Platforms, Invisible Fences, and Hyper Loop are only available for the Bionsy building set in Sandbox Mode. They're not available for other building sets in Sandbox. You will also only be able to connect certain buildings using the Hyper Loop, but not all of them.
You can use the Hyper Loop on any map you want, as long as you've chosen the Biosyn building set when you start your Sandbox park.
