Have access to Store, but not Backer's Login any more

I just upgraded my pledge before the store went live, and I had access to the Backer's Login at that time. Now I have access to to the store, but the backer's login says: "Sorry the details you entered don't match our records."

When I click on "Forgotten You password" it takes me to the store change password page. When I change the password the Backer's Login still doesn't work.

I want to see info on my pledge level, but the store only shows total money spent, and I'm not even sure it is up-to-date.

How can I see my actual backing level?
 
I had upgraded to founder many weeks ago, now I look at the store it just shows a £100 order for beta !

What should I do now?
 
Ok, so it seems that the backers app still has my full details and the help which I eventually found says not to worry if it is not shown on the new store.

So I am not worrying now, well sort of not...

Really though I think the new store should mention what you have orderd, just for peace of mind.

the new store only shows the items that are available via the store, all other items are listed on the backers app.

FD have now added a security question to the login for the app where you have to input the first three of six displayed letters, could you have missed this new feature? if you forget to type the secret question answer it gives the same response as it would if you got your username/password wrong.
 
I had the same issue, and it was because i was missing the fact that you only enter the first three letters of the code, and not the whole code in the box.

I was writing the whole code in and it was rejecting it. It worked straight away when i switched to just putting three letter in.

No I have put the first 3 letters every time.

And like I said, when I go to change password section it takes me to the change password for the store, not the backer's login.
