Have actual Game Masters to resolve tickets, Current state is a joke

My ticket has been open for 4 days regarding a bug that has been in the game since 2016. I have had someone respond but they seem unable to access my account or influence it in any meaningful way.
After getting the details of my issue the person just said "Ill pass this on to the development team".

I opened the ticket on the 7th.
They responded on the 8th and said the Devs have gone home but will fix it first thing tomorrow.
It is now the 11th and my account has not been fixed.

My suggestion would be give the people who respond to tickets the tools or resources required to solve the issues in game, dont just have middle men who have no impact on solving the problem.



For anyone wondering my issue is that there is a bug in the game where if you abandon a mission it still counts towards your mission maximum of 20, even if it is gone from your transaction and mission tab. If you abandon 20 missions you will be completely unable to accept any mission of any kind and it will give you the message you have too many contracts or missions already. There is no fix for it, it has been around as early as 2016.
 
Thats really great advice except for the part where its not and doesn't fix the problem at all. I have already abandoned the missions so the damage is done. To suggest that if this is fixed for me I should not abandon anymore in the future until it is fixed is an excellent suggestion, albeit extremely obvious ;)

Because the mission is still there, have you tried completing a mission to see if that works?

Even if he fulfilled the old mission requirements, some of which might have had unique cargo, he'd still have to collect his reward for it to go away. They are expired by now surely.

If this is a real bug, we all probably haven't seen it because fdev wipes the missions every major update, and none of us abandon a significant number of missions between updates.

What it sounds like you Accepted 20 mission and abandon them all at the same time. The timer is still active or you have cargo in your ship.

It depends on what your issue is caused by. The customer service team has often solved issues by giving peoples ships and money back due to game issues, but that's an account level issue, if your issue is caused by a game bug that can't be responded to in that way then it may not be possible to fix it in that way, or are you really asking for the game coders to respond to customer service issues?

There has to be a heirarchy, easy problems fixed by the customer service people, more difficult problems passed on to those who can fix it, giving customeer service people access to deeper game features is just asking for trouble.
