Have I discovered a bug....or Raxxla!

I set off from Anchorage heading northwards and found an Ammonia World with a landable Rocky World orbiting it. As I mapped them thought I would land on the moon and get some fine shots of the very close AW...….

However it was impossible to land on it. It kept dropping me of supercruise before I could glide down to the surface and when I tried to go lower than 100km was warned that I needed a permit to land.:unsure::unsure:

Perhaps it's the close proximity of the AW causing it?

Anybody have an idea of why I cannot land on a landable moon?

It's a bug-but not of the Thargoid kind. logged back in, returned to the system and landed with no problems.

Perhaps I should have switched it off and on before announcing Raxxla to the Community

I've had this happen recently, although I didn't get any message about a permit being required. My situation had me dropping out of SC normally on body approach, but instead of going into glide I was dropped out to a dead stop with a message about being 'too close'. Going back into SC and looping around and trying again solved it.

Pics or it didn't happen... as they say ;)
Not of landing but did get pic after taking off with Ammonia World on the horizon. landed the opposite side from the AW, just in case the close proximity was causing the problem.
Moon is close to the AW-the first time I've mapped the main world and not needed to move away to map the orbiting moon.

With 23 geological sites well worth a look as a POI if your around the Arcadian Stream region.
