Have I lost my franchise zoo?

Starting today, when I try to load my franchise zoo it just sits indefinitely at the loading screen. The little bear at the bottom of the loading screen is still making its walking animation, tips are coming and going off the screen, and the music still plays. So it's not like it's freezing/crashing. It just won't load my zoo. I let it sit on the loading screen for about twenty minutes before giving up. It's a relatively small zoo and would load up within 30 seconds prior to today. Anyone else experience this? I have no idea what to do.

It happened to me too. Someone said if you delete your last auto save and manual save (two saves) it will fix the problem but I tried that and it didn’t work. I submitted a support ticket and started a new zoo.
