Have outfitting prices changed?

Just been to swap my 6B Power Plant for a 5A and they're both 4,323,699CR - when Coriolis says 5.1mil for 5a and 5.3mil for 6b....??

Nope, I'm still a couple ranks behind Elite in all three trees. And then any percentage discount would never make the two items the same price...

I'm in a station influenced by Pranav, though don't do PP, if that would change anything? The EDDB database says the prices should be 5.1 ad 5.3mil, but they're both cheaper, even the 6A is 12mil instead of 16mil!

But discounts are all percentages aren't they? Wouldn't make the two items exactly the same price...
