Have ship stats been tweaked

...or are they just changed now to reflect true values with "E" rated modules? I'm looking at the DS in particular, I know the sheild value used to say 200, now it says 104... hope they didn't gimp that, those shields were weak enough to begin with.

Edit: And the maneuverability now has two bars. It was none before.
