I wish we would get real NPCs instead of .jpgs
That said - nobody has been done dirtier than the powerplay characters. They literally have ONE jpg each.
Every time they pop up in game, in a new article, a poster, a banner - its the same one image!
The game is ten years old - you'd think they would have expanded the repertoire of images for each power.
It is still egregious that they aren't actually visible on foot as NPCs either.
