Have the Player in the Park as a Peep...

So I did some searching (not very well because I don't frequent forums usually) and I noted that no one has suggested this yet...

What if we can place our park manager into the park world and have the ability to take control of the park manager in a 1st or 3rd person perspective to explore the park from a Peeps-Eye-View (so wandering) and be able to interact with the park amenities and attractions in like fashion.

Thoughts?
