Have there become a lot more lagg and sutter after last patch?

I have noticed a lot more stutter and lag on my system after the latest update.
Anyone else got this?

Is the same both in solo and group play.

Previously I had an occasional hick up once every 15 min.

I have seen this lately as well, but I took a hiatus for a month or two, so I noticed it when I started playing again a day or so ago.

I don't think it's a netcode issue. It's more like a second freeze/stutter.

Played with a friend i group mode, and he had the same thing. Thought at first there maybe was a net issue, but when I started solo play the problem continued.

I did a thread on this and believe it to be NPC, Asteroids, and Planets script loads. Guaranteed you get a freeze when in RES and pirates approach you before they send text demands. Same for Asteroids and Planets as more data is read about their turn and details when approaching.
The Scripts need to be filtered gradually as a fix.
