have you seen financial projections since U5 landed?

Hi all , i have been looking in hab data ports for financial projections , before U5 i was getting them "have 13" as soon as the update went live i have been unable to find any , is this insane levels of bad RNG or are other people also not finding them ?

After days of nonstop farming for them its starting to feel like when the smear campaign plans were corrected the financial projections were broken.

No problem OP, I just handed mine in to Terra just now with one left over. Damn that felt good to be over with THAT search. Now I'm on my way to anarchy space to sell my bio and genetic data to unlock Oden. Night Vision will be MINE! Sure I could have frantically searched shops after every reset but I wanted to make my Mav suit fully custom all with what I want. And it will feel so sweet finally finishing the thing.

Thanks! I've also been looking for Financial Projections for last several days, but only found 1 in probably 50+ raids on different agri-tourism settlements. Now in this system I get at least one of each Financial Projections and Opinion Polls per run.

So lame question for all of you. Do you guys just drop on these leisure settlements and kill everything to take the data or do you use stealth and try to avoid the bounties?

With the layout of the ones in NLTT 21088 I use Apex to get there then walk in the bar , then stealth in the 3 smaller hab buildings located close to the second landing pad then order a shuttle to the next settlement , 90% of the time the 3 habs have no npc in them as they walk about, only one needs cutting into " i did not want to risk a frame drop when cloning "

NLTT 21088 has dried up for me. I presume the tick changed the states as I've not found any Financial Projections in the last 2 visits. Either that or RNGesus is not being kind.

Anywhere else working for you?

Stealth. The only Data Terminals that are difficult to get to are the ones with 2 in the same building - I've found they're doable, but just not worth the extra time it takes. The other six are easy.

You can totally just walk up to and use a data port and download ANY file that's not illegal. For the longest time I was convinced otherwise but I've tested it and it's true.

Maybe I screwed up their states by constantly raiding and taking their regulators hahaha... sorry. But I know I got mine from those 2. I'm convinced that the more you have of something the more that thing begins to spawn for you, as there's data I had so much trouble finding, and now that I have all I need I find them ALL THE TIME.

Well...the system is at war now so most of the settlements are CZs. lol. I figure I'll find a nice anarchy system in boom with lots of tourist settlements and see what happens.

I haven't seen any, nor any Settlement Defence Plans since update 5. Everything seems a lot more system/faction state dependent, so maybe I need to expand my search.
