This is what I mean:
I get a quest for a faction that is aligned with Federation in a port that is controlled by that faction which tells me that a pirate shot down some prototype that they desperately need, and they need me to retrieve it for them back to the port that they control.
Now, I have no problem doing this and sneaking in, but every time I do a quest like this, I ask myself "why in the world am I sneaking in?" Gameplay-wise, I get it - it adds a bit more risk to the job and thus the excitement, but I really don't understand this from the "lore perspective." I mean, let's say, for argument sake, that the prototypes didn't even belong to them. They are still the ones that gave me the mission - why in the world do I need to sneak in?
