Having elements of the T-rex Kingdom

If making big buildings is not possible, what if we had elements of the T rex Kingdom available. The easiest things I can think of are signs and banners. Using the JP 30th anniversary decorations, they could be made in JW era style. Another idea is to have stadium seating like the lagoons that can connect to regular land enclosures.

Introduce a viewing gallery like the lagoons, but for land enclosures.
