I've noticed that quite a few people have had problems connecting to the servers. I thought I'd make a thread regarding how to fix that.
First, I'll start with a few of the easier solutions:
If you have Hamachi installed, or any other service similar to Hamachi, go into your network settings in the game. You should be able to change the default adapter from Hamachi to your Ethernet adapter. I'm not really sure why it defaults to using Hamachi, but this will generally happen if you reinstall the game after installing Hamachi.
Use the Cloudflare DNS. Your DNS is generally not going to keep you from connecting to the servers, but if you're having issues staying connected, I've found that the Cloudflare DNS is much faster and more reliable the your ISP's default DNS. In Windows 10, you can change your DNS in Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center, and then selecting your main internet adapter. From there, press Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 > Properties, and manually select your DNS. The two Cloudflare IPv4 DNS servers are 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. Follow this same process for IPv6 by viewing the Internet Protocol Version 6 properties, and changing the IPv6 DNS to 2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001.
Changing your DNS not only makes your connection to Frontier much better, but it also noticeably improves your connection as a whole.
If neither of those solutions fix your problem, try restarting your router if possible, and follow the steps in this guide: https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=78.
Hopefully this helped someone. If you have anything to contribute or have a question, feel free to leave a comment!
