On average, which gives the best payouts?

If someone could get average numbers to compare, I'm curious what the number would say.
I've noticed that CNB have more higher ranked ships (good for increasing rank) whilst Haz Res has bigger ships (good for bounties).
Fair enough I suppose
Cnb for sure, can work on your combat rank as the ships are higher ranked.
They tend to be smaller though, not to mention you may end up with npc bounty hunters that'll kill ships while you're fighting other ships.
