I can't remember how far it is but Fusang has one right near a station. It's also a High Tech System the last I checked.

I've been in Ualapalor. 18ly from kremainn.
Two haz res on same planet, but they are pretty much always lit, and have a very high spawn rate of condas, and others. Not sure if there's others like that, but seems I get a LOT more action in these. I have had 5 anacondas going at it once. Game starts lagging because the battles get so intense at times.
And no system authority vessels. So you don't have to bail to a different system if you get an accidental bounty.
About ~370Ls to Rochon (nearest) station. Not too bad.
