To all those CMDR's out there, I believe the pack was out there in the black sometime in the past and you may have come across it in your travels, it may be incomplete, and partly lost in translation from system to system. If any commanders have come across this data packet I'd appeciate it if you could let me know where it is as I intend to locate it and see if it contains the missing information I am looking for.
