Just done that site twice - Module both times. So there is another answer to your question .. operator error 
Site layout was 'Bear'.

Definitely HD 63154 B 3 A when I logged on this morning.
I went on Canonn because I didn't want to get another weapon blueprint for my exploration alt. Somewhat surprised to find the site at the top of the list was the one I was at.
I selected another from the list and did get a module blueprint as well as couple of lagrange clouds to scan.
