After watching obsidianant's video today of the ingame overlay using an oculus rift, I was pretty stoked. Unfortunately it was for window's 10 and I could only find info on using the rift or vive. I did some digging around and found other basic overlays like placing another window into the cockpit, but was also for rift. I own a rift dk2, I dislike using it, so I built a head tracker and use open track. So is there any programs, apps, etc that work with head trackers?

That depends on what you want in your overlay really, but this guy (CMDR Na'quan) has some cool stuff in a homebrew HUD overlay and has shared info on how to make it:
