CQC Head Tracking Yield advantage in CQC ?

Hi

I got a head tracker but found that when playing I had to permanently sit upright and rigid
so I stopped using it.

Makes me wonder though does head tracking give any advantage in combat?

It gives you better view on what's around you, so gives some advantage for sure.

But you can do just fine without.

I manage OK without it, but I've definitely felt the lack against some of the aces.
