I'm out past 7Kly now.
Several water worlds, two ammonia, over a dozen living gas giants, and one ELW. Three neutron stars, one black hole, an O-type or two, and a partridge in a peartree (the last one I hallucinated after a breakfast of Onionhead and Orrerian Vicious Brew).
Had one incident where I clipped a star: My USB cable to my controller snagged on a table leg and popped from the handset- as I approached an F-type to scoop (of course). Damage was minor, and it's my only slip-up so far. It's been smooth sailing otherwise.
Und now, ze photos.
Spotted this cluster near the Omega nebula from 600 Ly away, headed in to investigate. Mostly with an O or two.
3 sisters in sparkly red dresses. T'was quite the evening, got a little hot
3 brothers in stylish blue suits. We smoked some stogies and played cards. Thanks for the h¹, Moe.
Sun risin' 'pon a different Eart', mon. Faraway, mon.
This water world is actually a moon. Cool.

Still going strong!
Passing 11 Kly now. The area I'm in seems to be very Water World heavy, they're almost commonplace. Several ammonias as well, and a SPECTACULAR earthlike (see pics).
Had another "oopz", in a planet's ring (see pics again). Hull at 98%, I must endeavour to be more cautious as I took no FMU.
Slowdance, to a song unsung.
This water world is just 30 Ls from its parent star. Pipin' hot cuppa?
Ringed ammonia world. Oopz happened here: the gaps in the rings are NOT clear, repeat, NOT CLEAR.
One of my greatest finds ever. An earthlike with metallic rings, orbiting a gas giant with metallic rings. It's practically Endor.
On the surface was a single structure, where they sell old-timey Earth clothes and antique firearms. How odd.
So yeah, I ran into God out here. He says "Hi", and that he doesn't understand how we pulled off the "Whole FSD thing, it just shouldn't work".
