Headlights on most vehicles should actually look off when turned off.

Most of the vehicles except the Adventure truck and Jeep always have the lit texture on the head lights and tail lights, even when the lights are set to off. So my parking lot looks like all the cars left their lights on. Can we please have all the new Studios pack cars and trucks and vans and buses have lights that truly look like they are off when they are off like the adventure truck and Jeep? Please?

Even in the day time, the brake lights look like they're on. This could be solved by allowing us to change colour of lights, in the same manner as the colourable area light or flood light which when coloured black, makes the light look off.

This would give us 3 effective states:

1. completely off;
2. glowing but not emitting light;
3. on and emitting light.

The adventure truck lights cannot actually be set to on without casting light on surroundings, so we wouldn't want it to be like that. It's handy to have lights look on, without casting light.
