Headlook wander

Hi

Firstly...WOW! totally surpassed my expectations, and i cant wait for HDR mode and/or 4K.

one annoying le, my DS4 headlook seems to be wandering (to the point where i had the controller pointed at the window for it to be straight ahead on the screen).

I have a PS4 Pro with the Camera set up on the top of the TV. anyone else experiencing this? is there an option NOT to use the tilt for headlook and activate it using a button or something?

Thanks

By default you have to press R3 to activate the motion headlook. Bear in mind it will set whatever the controller is tilted at when you press it as the "flat" orientation, so if you press it with the controller tilted in one direction you'll end up facing sideways when you hold it flat - just click R3 to set view back to the front then click again with the controller flat to fix.

Headlook can be activated & de-activated by pressing R3 (clicking the right analog stick in), and can also be set to use the stick movement instead of motion controls in the Controls menu.

It's worth noting that whatever position your controller is in when you activate headlook will be considered "centered", so you can use this to reset the position if you feel it's wandering off to one side; just de-activate and re-activate making sure you keep your controller pointed straight ahead.

EXACTLY why i love these forums! i pretty much knew it was a noob question (i refer to noob being using ED on a ps4 on day 1) ;)
Thanks so much guys...see you in the black
