Headlook with HOTAS

I've been trying to find headlook in the menu (PS5) to use an air mouse so that when I move my head, my in game head moves. This makes the immersion in cockpit focused combat more immersive, can someone please tell me how to find it so that I can be immersed in the immersive immersion of Elite so that I can practice my FA off and do some combat please. I have attached a short video of a free to play War Thunder gameplay of me being immersed in combat
I'm sure it's there somewhere because the controller can make your head move but I don't feel immersed. Thank you fellow CMDRS o7.Immersion

Not sure if I understand you right but Elite does not support two input devices. I tried to use a mouse together with the DualShock controller but the game doesn't recognize the mouse. Same for foot pedals. Only thing I can get the work on PS5 is a USB keyboard for text input (but not for any flying or other activity) while using the DualShock.

Oh that exactly how i need it, how do you get that?

They have to be using a device that makes several controllers look like one to the console. PS4/5 do not natively support more than one controller per player.

My own set up is a Thrustmaster T HOTAS 4, rii i7 mini air mouse stuck on to headset, a PS5 dual sense and a keyboard. All working at once, no extra device.
X button on throttle initiates mouse movement, top hat is the strafing, L1 centers head. Dual sense for menu, keyboard for comms.

Video below shows my set up in action

I was under the impression that Sony's consoles didn't support multiple controllers per player. Apparently it does, but ED definitely does not.

What you want to do will still require additional hardware as I described above.

The video producer didn't bother with a description, so I'd take it with a grain of salt. If the title is correct, they probably used something like XIM Matrix.

I suggest you ask them directly in the video's comments section.

That's my video. No extra hardware, Just an air mouse on the headset that is activated using "X" button on the Thrustmaster T HOTAS 4

OK, then please answer OP's question. At this point, we'd all like to know how it's setup. It certainly won't work just by plugging both in.
