Heads Up, +5 rep rewards broken.

Just found out the hard way that +5 rep rewards currently don't provide any rep increase. So if you are trying to improve fed/empire ranks avoid these rewards.

I have seen no evidence of this actually being true.

There is a cosmetic issue on the aftermath screen due to an error in how the values are clamped and sent to the ui, which should be fixed for update 11, but the actual reputation effects are getting applied.

It sadly is true, no rep or influence rewards. There are several tickets that have been posted on the tracker. I just completed a +5 rep mission and my federal rank did not increase after taking the rep reward.

How do you know your rank didnt increase?
If you are at high levels - the increase for a single 5star rep mission can be less than 1% and it may not be reflected in the UI even tho the rep increase is actually happening

Currently climbing the ranks and it’s all working as advertised.

I've seen this happen for inf missions for a while.
If I look at my missions log in inara it correctly shows it as inf+++++, but the little chevrons in the mission reward screen are blank - and it only happens for 5 inf missions. inf+++ and inf++++ missions all display correctly.

Ohhh. Is that why sometimes it would take a while for credits from missions to show up?
