Hardware & Technical "Heads Up" - Latest Windows Update May have Un-Parked Your CPU and more...

Just a heads up if anyone un-parks their CPU for elite, games, etc. Just checked mine as things were going slow in Windows 10 and "YEP" it's bean un-parked by latest update among other things.
Would be nice to no if i'm not alone in this or just me or someone could shed some more light on the subject? I know windows updates are getting worse for shutting / turning things off, What else should I / We be worried about or checking for?

P.S. This is my first thread and did a search and could'nt find any answers, So please be kind people / Dev's.

You might want to remove text formatting (at least the [COLOR] tags), I find reading black text on black background slightly challenging...

I thought your CPU being "un-parked" was a good thing?? Surely you don't want windows parking your cores to save power whenever it feels like?

Or am I reading this wrong?

Yeah sorry for the confusion, un-parking your CPU from what I've learnt is a good thing

I use a 3rd party software to unpark mine. Playing FO4 it helps, but then im still on win 7. (and my pc is getting on in years bless it)
