Hello CMDRs,
I am sure the veteran CMDRs know this already but perhaps it may be useful for newer CMDRs or others not aware. I just set up this inexpensive head-tracking using a webcam (to use when I am not in VR) utilising the following:
Hardware: CREATIVE Live! Cam Sync 1080p V2 Full HD
Software: FaceTrackNoIR V202
You do have to twig the curve settings depending on where you place the webcam (I place mine low centre in front of my monitor) to get to a sweet spot. Here are some sample videos:
