The galaxy needs a little more love 
They've done Christmas and Halloween stuff so I don't see any reason not to, though given the role play of some commanders we may get a bloody, still pulsing heart ripped from some unfortunate soon to be deceased victim.
If it's a Thargoid heat, but we already got the bobblehead for free. Better than a plant any day, so yes.
