Heat damage on leaving station

My power plant is big enough for my load out and this is confirmed in outfittings.

On leaving the station just occasionally I am getting heat damage that does not stop even when I slow to a stop and have no weapons in use and am not doing anything and not near any sun.

Anyone else getting this ?

I'm in a Cobra and recently upgraded from a 4E to a 3A power plant. Doing so made my heat levels drop significantly. From average of 60% prior to jump and 90% at jump. After the 3A upgrade . it sits at ! 45% and at jump pops up to ~65%. I chalked it up to a better thermal efficiency for the 3A over the 4E.

I did not notice any silent running indication, is that shown on the hologram below fuel if you are silent running?
