Horizons Heat Dispursion plates...... do they exist?

I have searched the useless signal sites for days, popped many wanted freighters and these things do not seem to exist.
Has any one found a source for these items?

Been looking there as well but have not seen any. I guess it is possible I am in the wrong part of the bubble to source these.

You have to bounty hunt for traders (wanted) ( T6, T7, T9 ) mainly ...

Best place is NAV BEACONS

The best and quickest place is 'Seeking Weapons' instances. Three T9's guaranteed everytime.

I have got Heat Vanes, Heat Dispersion plates and Heat Exchangers in large quantities from here.
Plus you can just return to the instance to reset it.

Go to a Haz Res in an Anarchy system, farm T class haulers; they rain Heat components like candy from a pinata and they spawn in limitless numbers.

Thanks for all the tips, I finally scored 2 from a wanted NPC just outside the no fire zone. The dice were not nice to me, discarded the upgrade it was so good. I will use this new info to acquire some more and see if I get better results on the next roll.
