I always thought ceramics were heat resistant by nature.

You probably won't find it specifically unless your lucky. But if you destroy alot of ships.. or farm hges (high grade emissions) or even degraded emissions you'll gather enough materials to then goto a space station where a materials vendor is and you can swap out to what you need.

Note materials vendors are on some stations not all. Use a 3rd party app like eddb to find the nearest one to you

Combat aftermaths also a good source. Also running missions like massacres give materials rewards like encoded or manufactured.

Materials are a to farm welcome to the grind.
Feel free to message me if your stuck.
My links refer to future searches you'll no doubt do.
One fab easy but time consuming way to farm encoded and manufactured is to plot a long economical course across the bubble say 100 jumps. And scan the crap out of all of em scooping up all the stuff u find. Avoid threat 2 or above If u don't wanna fight. Farm some not others...defo farm hges all of em. I guarantee you'll be able to collect enough.
Fit a wake scanner. Scan every wake you come across in supercruise or normal space.
I play mostly on my corvette and have one..very lucrative.
Also target all ships...and an encoded might drop.

iirc they are dropped by exploding Trader ship (Haulers mainly, but the T series too) in Anarchy govt systems as opposed to no govt / uninhabited Anarchy which is just lawless not Anarchy. Nav Beacon is always a good start.

I may have completely the wrong material, not in game.

They occasionally drop at the Dav's Hope time trial circuit along with everything else that isn't G5 manufactured. Even if it doesn't you can trade for it.

One of the less common drops from combat as well.
