So the Addax has a summer and a winter coat, and plenty of other animals already in the game have summer and winter coats. I’m aware we have a billion and one color morphs now, and seemingly every species on the face of the earth has an albino somewhere, if PZ is to be believed. Buuuuut could we add summer and winter coats as a feature? Would much rather see the Addax go from white in summer to gray in winter than see one more albino animal that’s never been seen as albino in the wild.

And how would that work without proper seasons in game? It is currently snowing on my European map during Summer months. Additionaly each Season would last about 2-4 minutes, so the animals would change colours/coats crazily fast.
It would be a good feature in theory, but it is impossible with the current game mechanisms. Much unlikely to change the whole time/seasons this late in game developement unfortunately.

Having this as a feature would of been great with the Arctic fox in the north America pack, just its hard to see how it would work unless the season changes were tweaked to only happen at certain points throughout the year rather than random.
I think it would be nice if time slowed down in-game... So I'd love to see this! 
i don't think a feature like this is worth it for frontier to go back and redo at least 20+ animals to add this feature, taking time away from other notable features that we still don't have
You could get away with very few, maybe x<5
I would only care for this for the Arctic fox.
