I started playing at the beta phase as I purchased the highest level beta package. Apparently I've got this game and all updates forever
Thing is, After crashing one too many times while tired and not really feeling the urge to skip back and forth from one dock to the next making almost no real profit and also being unable to fight due to only having keyboard and mouse... I closed game one day and never reopened it.
HOWEVER. I'm back
I just bought myself an x55 Pro Rhino, fresh out of the box and it feels fantastic. I've never used a flight stick before but this just feels nice!
Well to get to the point. I'd really like to make contact with some helpful players, maybe share my TS3 and have a chat about the game! I'd like to just get a feel for what content is available as well as get some pro tips on how to set this bad boy of a control stick up.
The default profile in ED when I selected that I would be using an x55 for example seems to only use about 8 of my million and a half buttons... and it's missing key things... like "docking request". I discovered this when I tried to run through the tutorials as a means of getting up to date with the game.
Anyway, anyone interested in chatting?! I'd love to hear from a few of you about the most fun ways to play ED and if there's ways that I can play with with friends if I convince them to come on board
